Juicy and bright flavors of the usual grapefruit, but also red apple and a smooth feel that belies the high level of acidity. Creamier on the palate than the nose suggests, and it feels as if it is missing something mid-palate. Drinking Recommendation: Now. Food Pairing: salads with favas, fiddleheads, snap peas, and a citrusy vinaigrette.
