Producer's notes: Washed arabica, single orgin coffee. Obtained from hybridization of single Pacas e Marogogype. An imposing bean in size, the result is very elegant, long and complex. Low bitterness and low caffeine. Fine balance between acidity and tannins, only slightly favoring the latter. Overflowing with aromas and flavors of exotic fruits, pulps of rich prunes and figs as well as its own syrups. Smooth and velvety, with a long aftertaste.
