A fresh, clean and very pure nose of red berry suffused with underlying hints of spice and earth that continue onto the rich, full, sweet and precise middle weight flavors, all wrapped in a beautifully balanced and lengthy finish. This is quite a lovely effort as its understated yet has something to say and has that lovely quality of being approachable now yet also will be quite capable of aging. Good stuff for its level and worth a look plus its stylish too. Burghound
