Winemaker's notes: Recanati Chardonnay is an elegant, full-bodied, smooth white wine with an apple and tropical fruit bouquet accentuated by nuances of coconut and nutmeg. Best served well-chilled as an enjoyable aperitif or together with any kind of fish dish. May be served slightly chilled as an accompaniment to meat and poultry cream-based pastas or with "creamy" cheeses such as Brie, Chevre, etc.
