Tanzer Review: Yellow-gold. Smoky peach, apricot pit and floral honey on the nose, with a hint of toasted grain. Peach and apple flavors initially seem quite dry but gain sweetness with air and are complemented by a note of talc-y minerals. I like this wine's blend of plumpness and nerve. Serve it with a creamy shellfish dish. | ||
