"A relatively new grape to California, this varietal was introduced in the '70s and has since remained a relatively small in production ever since. Originally from the Loire Valley of France, this varietal has incredible growing resistance to many climates, especially in those too warm for other grapes. Tasting Notes: A crisp, dry white wine, it can range from dry to dessert. Hints of honey, wild flowers, and good acidity are great signs of a well made Chenin Blanc". |
