On a hot Las Vegas evening, overlooking the lights of the Strip, Wally’s took over the Rose Rooftop at Resorts World Las Vegas for our first-annual Tequila & Mezcal Festival, with Mexico’s finest on full display.

From well-known international brands like Casa Dragones and Codigo, to buzz-worthy new brands like Dos Hombres and Rancho de la Luna, to boutique craft distillers like El Bandido Yankee and Pescador de Suenos, attendees got a taste of the greatest agave spirits available, paired with mouthwatering bites from top restaurants in Las Vegas, and an authentic Mariachi band keeping the spirit alive until well past sunset.

The Mezcal Takeover: 

With both newer brands like Dos Hombres and Rancho de la Luna, and classics like El Samaritano, it was clear by the crowds of happy attendees that mezcal is here to stay. 

A Twist on Mexican Cuisine: 

Delicious bites like watermelon ceviche, carnitas pizza, and octopus tacos all proved that you don't need to be a Mexican restaurant to serve inspired food alongside tequila and mezcal. 

An Agave Spirit For Everyone: 

Neat, on the rocks, or mixed in an icy cocktail, the festival's brands found unique ways to make their tequila and mezcal memorable.
