License Grant

Proprietary Rights

Any use of the Content beyond what is expressly allowed by this Agreement is strictly forbidden.

You may choose to—or we may request that you—provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions related to the Service, including but not limited to product or service improvements (“Ideas”). By submitting such Ideas, you agree that they are provided voluntarily, without restriction, and without expectation of compensation or obligation from Wally’s. You acknowledge that Wally’s is free to use or disclose these Ideas in any manner and that the submission does not limit Wally’s from using similar concepts previously known, developed independently, or sourced from third parties.

The names “Wally’s,” “Wally’s Wine & Spirits,” “Wally’s Beverly Hills,” “Wally’s Santa Monica,” “Wally’s Las Vegas,” and other logos, graphics, icons, scripts, and service identifiers used on the Service are trademarks, registered trademarks, or trade dress of Wally’s and/or its affiliates and licensors. These trademarks and trade dress may not be used with any product or service that is not affiliated with Wally’s, in any way that could cause customer confusion, or in a manner that harms or misrepresents Wally’s. Any trademarks appearing on this site that are not owned by Wally’s are the property of their respective owners and may or may not be connected to, affiliated with, or sponsored by Wally’s.

Usage Permissions and Restrictions

E-Commerce Terms

Order Acceptance and Cancellation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. Wally’s reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit orders at its sole discretion. If an order is declined after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued.

Age Restriction. You must be 21 or older to purchase alcoholic beverages. By ordering, you affirm that the recipient is 21 or older. Valid government-issued ID is required at delivery.

Pricing and Availability. All product prices are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed and is subject to market conditions, allocation, and prior sale

Morgan's Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Morgan's chocolate chip cookie recipe is beloved for its deep flavor and chewy texture. To begin, get yourself a bottle of 2023 Braida Brachetto D'Acqui. Pour a glass and sift together 225g cake flour and 240g bread flour with 6g baking soda, 6g baking powder, and 9g coarse salt. In a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream 285g unsalted butter with 285g light brown sugar and 225g granulated sugar for about 5 minutes until light and fluffy. Add two large eggs (about 100g) one at a time, then mix in 10g pure vanilla extract. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients, then fold in 565g bittersweet chocolate discs or fèves with at least 60% cacao. Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 24 and up to 72 hours. When ready to bake, scoop 100g mounds of dough (about the size of a generous golf ball) onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them well apart. Sprinkle each mound lightly with sea salt. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 18–20 minutes, until golden brown but still soft in the center. Generously sprinkle with Fleur De Sel De Camargue and allow cookies to rest on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. The result is a cookie with a caramelized edge, a chewy center, and rich pools of melted chocolate throughout.
